| Content | For "Department/Institute/Program Office Course Enrollment" and "Course Enrollment Under Special Circumstances" stage: 1. If an course requires application form in paper, please use NCKUEE specific application form. Download link is at the end of announcement. After printing it out, students should fill the form, acquire the instructor's agreement (the instructor would sign or affix a seal on the form) 2. The upper limit of the number of office course enrollment depends on the type of classroom. Generally, for normal classroom, the upper limit would be 110% of the number on the NCKU Course Information & Enrollment System. On the other hand, for venues, the upper limit would be 100%. 3. Office course enrollment will be accepted by Google Form. When applying for course enrollment, students must upload scanned either application form with teachers's signature/stamp, or screenshot of email with teacher's consent in it.
